Candice McKenzie

Candice is an avid campaigner, endo warrior, community advocate, fundraiser, and volunteer for all things endometriosis. She is passionate, big hearted, and cares about women's health. She's the creator & co founder of Scotland’s 1st independent grassroots community group called Endo Warriors West Lothian. She's also a businesswoman, wife, and proud mum to two amazing kids and two dogs! 

She says: "for me it’s simple; if you know 10 women you should know about endometriosis, yet it’s one of the most misunderstood conditions taking an average of 7-10 years to diagnose. I’m learning to live with postmenopausal endometriosis and a life on Letrozole, I struggled terribly with my periods since my 1st bleed, being told it was normal to be so poorly. I met Joii through our work together last year, and I'm so pleased I did, their ethos is modern and innovative, while advancing menstrual health research & creating welcomed period products with options. I’m thrilled to be part of the panel to support Joii with their amazing work, while sharing the space with some incredible women!"
